I scored each tool on four weighted criteria: transcription accuracy (30%), summary quality (30%), integrations (25%) and price (15%). Pricing and features were verified against each vendor's own pricing and product pages, and any claim I could not source to a primary page was dropped or left out rather than guessed. Where a vendor states a figure (such as a transcription-accuracy percentage) without an independent benchmark, I treat it as a claim and score it conservatively. I disclose any affiliate relationship and it never moves the ranking.
