The best meeting schedulers

Methodology
I scored each scheduler on five weighted criteria: ease of use (weight 3), flexibility (2), value for money (2), integrations (2) and branding control (1). Every score runs from 0 to 10, and the overall is the weighted sum, so ease carries the most because a scheduling link that confuses the invitee has already failed at its one job.
Pricing and features were verified against each vendor''s own pages in June 2026 and are written in USD. Where a free tier exists I said so plainly, and where a feature is gated behind a paid tier I named the tier and the price, so a small team can see what graduating actually costs.
Honesty note: Lemcal carries an affiliate relationship with us through PartnerStack, and it ranks last on this page anyway. Calendly and Cal.com pay us nothing. The ranking follows the research, never the commission. If a relationship changes, the disclosure changes with it, and the ranking does not move because of it.
