The best project management tools

I scored each tool on four weighted criteria: speed and user experience (30%), range of views (25%), integrations (25%) and price (20%). Pricing and features were verified against each vendor's own pricing and product pages on 13 June 2026, and any figure I could not source to a primary page was left out rather than guessed. Where a vendor states a capability without an independent benchmark, I treat it as a claim and score it conservatively. I disclose any affiliate relationship and it never moves the ranking.
