Confluence is Atlassian's team workspace and wiki for creating, organising, and sharing pages, spaces, and documentation, with built-in databases, whiteboards, and templates. Its Rovo AI layer (included in paid plans) adds search, chat, and agents across connected tools. Spaces can be kept internal or published with anonymous access for public knowledge bases and support docs.
