Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms is a web-based tool for creating surveys, quizzes, and polls that collects responses through a browser or mobile device and shows results in real time. It is included with Microsoft 365 and any personal Microsoft account, and is most commonly used by organisations and teams already working inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Results can be analysed with built-in charts or exported to Excel.
