Do this next week

Everything above is theory until it is on a page taking real conversations. So here is the week, sequenced, so you can stop reading and start building. The whole point of treating this as an assembly is that a focused week is genuinely enough to prove it.

Pick one high-intent page. Do not try to convert your entire site. Choose the single page where intent is highest, usually the pricing page or your strongest product page, and decide that this is where the agent replaces the form first. Proving it on one surface beats theorising about all of them, and a single page gives you a clean before-and-after to measure the lift against. Resist the urge to go broad on day one; depth on one page is what produces the evidence to go wide later.

Write the logic before you touch a tool. The mistake is to start with the platform. Start with the judgement. Before you open any software, write the three-question qualification script, the smallest set that actually changes what happens next, fit, problem, rough scope or timing. Then write the three-bucket routing for every possible outcome, book, nurture, deflect, so no conversation has a dead end. Use the three worked scripts above as your template. This is the founder work, the part only you can do, and getting it right on paper first means the tool is just plumbing you wire to a plan that already exists.

Wire the calendar and the CRM. Now connect the plumbing. The agent needs a calendar it can write a held slot into and a CRM it can create a record in, so that a qualified conversation ends in a booked call and a logged contact with zero manual triage from you. This is the part that makes the agent earn its keep while you sleep: a buyer arrives at midnight, qualifies, and lands on your calendar without you lifting a finger. Test the full path yourself, end to end, before you trust it with a real visitor, and ground its fact base in your real pricing so it never invents a number.

Turn on tracking and commit to the review. Finally, switch on time-to-first-response tracking from the first conversation, and put a recurring weekly transcript review in your own calendar, non-negotiable. The tracking proves the agent is winning minute zero, and the review, especially of the deflect bucket, is where you sharpen the script week after week. Then, and only then, once the one page is proven and tuned, expand to the next. Build the machine on one surface, prove it converts, and let the evidence carry it across the rest of your site. When you are ready to wire this agent into the wider funnel, the agent-native growth machine is where it goes next.
